The Progressive Grocer's 60th Annual Consumer Expenditures Study offers detailed tables of 2006 supermarket sales of various product categories (not brands), as well as annual percent changes for 2003 through 2006. A summary table projects total sales in all retail outlets and shows supermarket and mass merchandiser share. The study is based on Nielsen data and exclusive PG research.
